Why is it possible that I could recieve my umbrella on a seperate shipment from my cushions?

All of our umbrellas are manufactured in California, but our cushions are manufactured in Tennessee.  Sometimes, production times on our cushions and umbrellas are not the same, depending on fabric selection and schedule.  We apologize for the inconvenience; however we manufacture our products this way for the best quality.

Yes, our offset patio umbrella frames are the same.  The difference is in the canopy. The discount offset umbrella features outdoor spun polyester fabric, which is an economical outdoor fabric.  Our 9′ offset umbrella canopy is constructed with Sunbrella acrylic fabrics, which is the highest rated outdoor fabric available.
