Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely
satisfied with your purchase.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL If your item was
shipped to you by UPS or FEDEX; please inspect the product for visible damage
before the carrier leaves. Please make any notations on the Bill of Lading
(delivery receipt).
All orders with a clear and demonstrable manufacturer's defect in construction
or fabric quality are eligible for return within 15 days shipment date of
orders. All returns must be authorized by our Customer Service Department and
come with a MRA #. Any items returned without an authorized MRA number will be
returned at your expense. Requests for an RA number should be emailed to:
cs@cushionsandumbrellas.com.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. We
will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less
(up to 25%) restocking fees if applicable (please refer to Terms And
Conditions). Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging.
Return shipping costs and Re-ship costs will be at the customer's expense.
Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. All returns not passing
inspection will be subject to refusal and shipped back to you. Please keep in
mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account.
Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your
statement.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or
defective, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at:
cs@cushionsandumbrellas.com and we will send you the correct item, replacement
item, or replacement parts at no cost to you.
Our customer service hours are Mon-Fri 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Restocking charges apply to all orders. Because each product is made-to-order,
all orders placed are final and will be made exactly as ordered (according to
the email confirmation that you receive) .
We cannot take returns for cushions that do not fit unless it is a mistake on
our end. Please be certain that the cushions that you are ordering will fit
your furniture. Please note that cushions are made within the half inch.
PLEASE
NOTE: We are unable to accept cushions/umbrella and all items returns due to
color or pattern dislike. We make every effort to allow website visitors the
ability to "view fabrics" prior to purchase. Since all of our products are
made-to-order, it is not possible to accept returns for this reason. Your
cooperation is appreciated.

No cancellation of orders will be honored after the fabric has been cut.

If there is a problem with the order, please contact us within 24 hours of
placing your order at: cs@cushionsandumbrellas.com and we will respond to your
request as soon as possible.

When placing orders over the phone, you will be asked for verification that you
have read and fully understand our return policy.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries not completed without a phone
number for UPS to attempt.
Helpful Tips:
Do not machine wash your cushions and/or fabrics.
Close umbrellas when high winds are present.
Use caution when opening box with knife.
Choose the best fabric for your climate.
Be certain that the cushions will fit your furniture.
Cushions are water resistant, not water proof.
